Cancellation Policy
The Secretariat will only receive registration cancellation requests submitted in writing by July 02, 2025. The reimbursement will be 50% of the registration fee, payable up to 45 days after the end of the Congress. Reimbursement requests will not be accepted after July 02, 2025.
