Ana Luiza é advogada com mais de 10 anos de experiência na área de
Propriedade Intelectual, tendo atuado em renomados escritórios de advocacia,
assessorando marcas nacionais e internacionais. Sua atuação abrange tanto a
consultoria estratégica quanto o contencioso, com foco em litígios envolvendo
marcas, concorrência desleal e direitos autorais. Participou ativamente da
condução de disputas judiciais e administrativas, além de negociações e
mediações voltadas à proteção e valorização de ativos intangíveis. Recentemente,
passou a integrar o time jurídico do Grupo SOMA, agora AZZAS atuando
diretamente no jurídico da FARM GLOBAL, onde contribui na expansão global da
marca, contribuindo com uma visão estratégica e multidisciplinar. É formada em
Direito pelo IBMEC-RJ, pós-graduada em Direito da Propriedade Intelectual pela
PUC-Rio e Mestre em Propriedade Intelectual pela Queen Mary University of
London. Complementa sua formação na ESPM-SP, com uma especialização em
Negócios e Marketing de Luxo Contemporâneo, o que lhe proporciona uma
abordagem multidisciplinar voltada ao branding, moda e mercado premium.

Ana Luiza is an attorney with over 10 years of experience in the field of Intellectual
Property, having worked at prestigious law firms advising both national and
international brands. Her practice encompasses strategic consulting and litigation,
with a focus on trademark disputes, unfair competition, and copyright law. She has
been actively involved in handling judicial and administrative proceedings, as well
as negotiations and mediations aimed at protecting and enhancing intangible
assets.
She recently joined the legal team of Grupo SOMA—now AZZAS—working directly
with FARM GLOBAL’s legal department, where she contributes to the brand’s
global expansion with a strategic and multidisciplinary approach.
Ana Luiza holds a law degree from IBMEC-RJ, a postgraduate certificate in
Intellectual Property Law from PUC-Rio, and a Master’s degree in Intellectual
Property from Queen Mary University of London. She has also completed a
specialization in Contemporary Luxury Business and Marketing at ESPM-SP, which
