Jeffrey A. Kobulnick is a Shareholder at Lewitt Hackman in Los Angeles, California, where he is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Franchise and Business Litigation Practice Groups. He has extensive experience with brand protection and enforcement in the United States and advising clients on trademark strategy, selection and registration worldwide. He regularly litigates claims for trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, false advertising and related claims.  

Jeff’s clients span a range of industries, including apparel, cosmetics, restaurants, consumer products, tech, entertainment, retail and professional services. He has given lectures at various law schools and institutions, and his articles have appeared in Forbes, IP Watchdog, and the Daily Journal. Jeff is a long-time contributor to the International Trademark Association (INTA) and serves as the founding and current Chair of INTA’s Lefkowitz Moot Court Los Angeles region.

Jeff earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Franklin Pierce Law Center and his B.S. from UC San Diego. Recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and Who’s Who Legal, Jeff also holds an AV Preeminent rating.
