Access is through the hotel lobby.
Go down to floor L – Hotel Lobby. Take the escalator next to the breakfast restaurant, turn right toward the WTC Tower, and take the Orange Elevator to the 3rd floor (Ballroom Rooms).
For those arriving by taxi
Address: Avenida das Nações Unidas, 12551 – WTC Tower.
Use the Orange Elevator to access the 3rd floor (Ballroom Rooms).
For those arriving by car (parking)
Address: Avenida das Nações Unidas, 12551.
Enter the parking garage. From there, take the blue or green elevator to floor “0” (ground level), then follow signs to the Orange Elevator and proceed to the 3rd floor (Ballroom Rooms).
Check-in and Badge Pick-up
Please collect your badge at the Registration Desk.
- August 17–19 – from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
We recommend checking in on August 16 for a smoother experience.
Wearing your badge is mandatory for access to all Congress activities, including social events. In case of loss, a reissuance fee will apply.
Cocktail Dinner
Our traditional Congress party will take place at WCity Hall, located on the 2nd floor of the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel.
